History of FedWriters

In 2010, Mitchell Cho founded FedWriters as a professional proposal support company to help clients identify, pursue, and obtain contracts with the government. In 2011, FedWriters won a competition for the best business plan in Northern Virginia, recognized by Senator Mark Warner. We steadily grew a reputation for providing exceptional proposal services and helped dozens of clients win hundreds of millions of dollars in federal contract awards.

Based on our winning track record, in 2015, FedWriters began pursuing federal contract awards directly. Since then, we have been awarded 15 prime contracts for technical writing, communication, and operational support services. Our performance has been recognized with numerous awards, including as a finalist for the 2018 Government Contractor of the Year, presented by the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF) and ranking in Inc. Magazine’s “Inc. 500” fastest growing companies in America.
