About The

Employee Experience

At FWI, our primary focus is our employees. We encourage our teams to perform meaningfully with the belief that an exceptional employee experience will translate to an exceptional customer experience. We let our employees know what to expect so they know how to excel. To do this, we use the following six pillars to ensure we engage with our employees.

Fairness

Treating our employees equally to a set of established policies.

Clarity

Communicating what FWI and employees should both receive from the employer-employee relationship without any ambiguity.

Empathy

Making a genuine effort to understand our workforce; taking time to address conflicting points of view.

Predictability

Being consistent in our approach to engaging each employee and approaching workplace situations consistently.

Transparency

Disclosing the motives and reasons behind decisions, especially information that might impact employees.

Accountability

Demonstrating responsibility for the terms of the relationship and what occurs within each part of it.

Our Employee Experience Program is constantly evolving. We regularly evaluate our programs to motivate and inspire our workforce.

Employee Recognition

Our suite of recognition programs celebrates and rewards our team members’ many occasions – from consistent, day-to-day dedication to our mission and customers, to above and beyond successes that impact our growth and reputation.

  • Spot Award
  • Core Value Coins
  • Mantra Momentum
  • Growth & Achievement
  • Apex

These work-based awards join our personal recognition of birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestone events. At FWI, we truly appreciate our workforce and all that they accomplish!

CARES Committee

We believe supporting and serving our communities strengthens our relationships, sense of belonging, and purpose.

FWI’s CARES (Charity, Action, Responsibility, Education, Stewardship) committee supports initiatives and events focused on doing good in our communities. Participating team members volunteer or make positive impacts in their community through outreach, education, or service and want to shape the community legacy FWI leaves.

Artificial Intelligence Working Group

The AI Working Group is an employee-driven initiative dedicated to advancing FWI’s culture, learning, and practices around the responsible use of artificial intelligence. Led by an elected steering committee and open to all employees, the group develops new research, provides online training, develops business cases, evaluates new tools, and proposes new policies to inform the company’s long-term artificial intelligence strategy.

Whether employees are curious about artificial intelligence or have technical expertise that could make the company more competitive, the working group wants you to be involved!
