Helped the Coast Guard Office of Cutter Forces revamp their training programs and training manuals for serving aboard a U.S. Cutter.
Helped the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office develop their Annual Performance and Accountability Report- winning the Certificate of Excellence in Accountability Reporting (CEAR) award.
Installed and manages all digital signage equipment and content at SBA Headquarters in Washington, DC.
