Helped publish the quarterly Cyber Defense Review (CDR) for the U.S. Army Cyber Institute.

2019

Began managing NASA’s public inquiries program, responding to 20,000 public inquires per month.

Helped the Coast Guard Office of Cutter Forces revamp their training programs and training manuals for serving aboard a U.S. Cutter.
