The Library of Congress (LOC) Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK) is a nationwide network, or consortium, of federal libraries, information centers, and other federal offices whose purpose is to provide contracting, financial management, professional development, and library support services to its customers so that they are better able to fulfill their crucial mission of keeping the Government and the nation informed. This IDIQ contract has a ceiling of $100 million to provide a range of services including:
