[FAIRFAX, Va., Feb. 26, 2026] – Leading government contracting firm FedWriters, Inc.® (FWI) has been awarded a 1-year base (4-year add-on optional) contract supporting the Peace Corps’ Office of Staff Learning and Development (OSLD), contributing capabilities and expertise to strengthen OSLD’s development and distribution of knowledge management and training products for digital, hybrid, and in-person learning.
“We are honored to have been chosen to support the Peace Corps training program,” said Mitchell Cho, FWI CEO. “Our team will be designing courses that cover cross-cultural communication, community engagement, and public health, ensuring volunteers are prepared to serve.”
Created in 1960, the Peace Corps and its many global volunteers focus on the mission of “building relationships, exchanging culture and knowledge, and helping transform lives for generations.”
With this opportunity to support OSLD, FWI looks forward to assisting the Peace Corps to meet the ongoing demand for evidence-based knowledge and learning that streamlines global staff and volunteer impact in cost-effective ways.
This contract award spotlights FWI’s instructional design services, of which we also provide similar capabilities for the Dept. of the Treasury, Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau. “This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the Peace Corps reach their goal of recruiting and training 8,000 volunteers by 2030,” said Lacey Pyle, FWI Program Manager. “We look forward to developing courses, consulting with subject matter experts, and supporting a global cohort of Peace Corps trainers and volunteers through this contract.”
